Removed AKERR_HEAP, AKERR_REGISTRY, AKERR_BEHAVIOR, they belong to libakgl. Replaced AKERR_BEHAVIOR which was ambiguous with AKERR_BADEXC which is raised when a function falls to call SUCCEED_RETURN().
