Closes #27.

Most originally reported header citations had already disappeared through intervening edits. Remove the final stale section-number references from the conversion, linked-list, and memory test headers while retaining their descriptive rationale.

Tests:

  • verified no TODO.md or obsolete section-number citations remain under src or tests
  • cmake configure and build
  • ctest (20/20)
