Andrew Kesterson 0ad3996104 Fix for issue #2, standardized naming on EXCLIB_ scheme; moved EXC_STATUS_LIST to EXCLIB_EXCEPTION; added some new demos and gave old demos more sensible names. Various other small improvements.
