Closes #13.

Remove the unused main_lib_dest assignment and its reference to the undefined MY_LIBRARY_VERSION variable.

Tests:

  • confirmed neither identifier remains in CMakeLists.txt
  • cmake configure and build
  • ctest (36/36)
